I was so happy to hear Chris say that meetings are the most important thing leaders manage. Meetings are so expensive. To figure out the cost of a meeting, multiply what each person makes per hour x the amount of time for the meeting then + add all of it together. Then do the same thing with the amount of time it takes each person to get to the meeting. Add the travel time to the the meeting sum and that's what the meeting costs. I believe like Chris that every meeting, even one with 2 people, should have an agenda. And, I love the idea of providing that agenda to the participants ahead of time so that they can prepare. Meetings can either be the most motivating experience for your team or the most demotivating force for your team. It's up to you. Keep meetings short, focused, and uplifting! -

An empowering experience for ALL!
The amount of meaningful content under so many umbrellas was amazing! I definitely had some personal favorites (Mental Health and Burnout spoke volumes to me), however, all topics covered are key to being successful in your career journey. There's so much importance in recognizing and respecting your colleagues and workers. Chris offers strategies that will make your work experience or the experience of your workers become a passion and joy! Often work related issues come up due to communication- Chris hit the nail on the spot in all the different ways communication can be improved! Communication from boss to workers, colleagues speaking to each other, or workers speaking to clients- Chris covers it all! I highly recommend this course to everyone, no matter what your job title is! I am not in the business field, and yet there was a ton of useful information for me in this course! Thank you Chris! -
