Remote Work Book

Chris Dyer and Kim Shepherd have written the definitive book on everything for remote work. Regardless if your organization is fully remote, hybrid, or you are planning to have just a few remote employees, this is the guide every employee and leader needs to flourish in the next wave of radical change in work.

  • How can you develop a team if they’re not in the same place?
  • How can you build a company culture that works for employees in an office, working at home and in co-work spaces?
  • How can you maintain organizational oversight if I can’t see my employees?

Remote Work answers all these questions and more and provides guidance on how to build a successful remote working strategy that engages employees, allows them to perform to their full potential, and improves business performance.

///ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: KimShepherd.xxxx – 3/17/16 – NICK AGRO, ORANGE COUNTY REGISTER- BACKGROUND
Kim Shepherd worked as an entertainment journalist for a decade before she decided to take a break from the stress and travel. ?So I joined Club Med as their director of entertainment,? she said. ?The biggest decision was white or red.? But the hard-charging former high school debate champ and one-time Olympic ski team hopeful couldn?t stay poolside for long. She began working as a corporate recruiter and eventually started her own company, Irvine-based Decision Toolbox, which finds workers for employers ranging from discount retail chains to defense contractors. The company operates almost entirely virtually; her personal assistant lives in Atlanta. ?What I wanted to do here was build the right company. I want my people to not want to leave,? she says.
